Charity offering emotional and practical support to young people (age 18 to 30) living with cancer. Its private Facebook support group is a place to find friendship, advice, support and encouragement to move more. There is also a free 8-week online exercise programme which is supported by cancer rehab specialists. Please contact via Facebook for more information.
